Abstract
Considering the uncertainties of duty cycle resulting from the random combination of sectors under the tradi?tional dual-voltage modulation strategy for matrix converter,the input and output voltage ranges are divided into 6 sec?tors instead of 3. The general mathematical expressions of output line voltage are derived using the new method. In the new mode,by inputting unbalanced three-phase voltage,it is verified that the new sector classification method still has the capability to resist disturbances in power grid. This method simplifies the process control of hardware and software, and it is equivalent to the traditional modulation strategy in principle;moreover,the differences in the input and output characteristics are small. Finally,the feasibility of the new mode was experimentally verified on a platform with a proto?type.关键词
