Two-stage Distributed Robust Cooperative Dispatch for Integrated Electricity and Natural Gas Energy Systems Considering Uncertainty of Wind Power

Abstract
Application of gas-fired units and power-to-gas devices promotes coupling between integrated electricity and natural gas system,providing an alternative solution for the wind power accommodation.Also,the traditional stochastic optimization and robust optimization methods may result in uneconomic or conservative decisions in dealing with the uncertainty problems. Based on this background,a two-stage dispatch model is proposed,in which gas-fired units and power-to-gas devices are taken as coupling elements,by using the distributed robust optimization method in economic dispatch problems of electricity and natural gas energy system.In the first stage of the model,the obj ective function is the total cost of the integrated system,and the forecast wind power information is also considered,and the day-ahead robust dispatch scheme containing unit commitment plan,unit planned output and planned gas consumption is established.In the second stage,the output of generation units and the gas supply of natural gas source are adjusted in the real-time dispatch.Also,the 1-norm and ∞-norm are simultaneously included to constrain the confidence set of wind power probability distribution in order to find the optimal solution under the worst probability distribution.The model is solved by the column-and-constraint algorithm.Finally,numerical results verify the effectiveness of dstributed robust optimization algorithm.关键词
