Online Tracking of Thevenin Parameters Considering System Side Changes

Abstract
A new algorithm for tracking Thevenin parameters is proposed in this paper. The algorithm solves the problem that traditional algorithm for tracking Thevenin parameters is not applicable if power system suffers system side disturbance or parameter drift. With analysis of traditional algorithm, Taylor algorithm based on Taylor formula is proposed. Consideration of nonlinear factors and modified coefficient ε improves accuracy and robustness of the proposed algorithm. Effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated with a 3-generator 9-bus system and IEEE 39-bus system.关键词
