A Bi-Level Optimal Dispatching Model Considering Source-Load Interaction Integrated With Load Aggregator

Abstract
Implementation of demand response requires effective integration and rational management of load-side resources. As an emerging intermediary between electricity market participants and demand side resources, load aggregator (LA) can participate in realization of source-load interaction of power system. In order to alleviate obstacle of demand side resource scheduling from the main power grid, this paper proposes load reduction contracts arranged by LA to participate in demand response. Based on analysis of active load characteristics, this paper presents a bi-level optimization model for economic source-load interaction integrated with LA. Case study shows that LA participation can reduce start-stop costs of generator sets and improve system load curve when taking interests of both sides into account, which is beneficial to achievement of optimal economic system operation.关键词
