摘要

Abstract

The transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)signal way is a large family of multi-functional cyto-kines which include many members.Numerous studies have shown that they play an important role in oo-cyte formation and development.TGF-β signal way plays its function mainly through the binding comple-xes of ligand and receptor,and then they activate the relevant molecules regulating the expression of cruci-al genes of oocyte development.This series of processes are divided into two branches which include the direct function like bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs),activins,inhibins,TGF-βs and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH),besides,the indirect function is impacted by the three main routes of cAMP,hormones and epidermal growth factor (EGF).This article summarized the research progress on the influence of TGF-β pathway on mammalian oocyte development,which lays a theoretical foundation for further rele-vant research.
