Advance in Microencapsulation Technology for Probiotics
摘要
Abstract
Microencapsulation techniques have been widely used in many industrial applications,including pharmaceutical chemical engineering,food processing and agriculture biotechnology.The review introduced some normal wall materials and encapsulating methods of microencapsulation techniques,and elaborated the applications in improving stress-resistance of probiotics,food processing system or feedstuff additives industry,and developing novel oral vaccines for mucosal immunity,then finally prospects for the future trends of microencapsulated probiotics were made.关键词
