Abstract

In order to prevent H7N9 influenza,China launched an emergency immunization program for H7N9 influenza in poultry in the autumn of 2017.H7N9 avian influenza vaccine,as a new vaccine,has not yet been reported in field trials on the immune effect of chicken H7N9 avian influenza.In July 2017,the H7N9 influenza vaccine was vaccinated for the first time in Xi'an Luoman Industrial Co.,Ltd.,and the anti-body was detected by blood coagulation hemagglutination inhibition test.The test showed that after the first immunization of H7N9 vaccine,the antibody levels of the chicken groups reached 7 log2-10 log2,the average 8.3 log2,and the qualified rate was 100%.After the chicken group was immunized with H7N9 vac-cine secondly,the antibody levels could reach 7 log2-13 log2,with an average was 11.2 log2,and the quali-fied rate was 100%.After two immunizations,the antibody levels reached national standard,which proved that the H7N9 vaccine was safe and effective and should be widely used in the prevention of H7N9 influen-za in poultry.
