摘要
Abstract
Through the grasp of the connotation of the four elements of targeted poverty alleviation , this paper points out that the targeted poverty alleviation and development of industries with ethnic features complement each other , and there is the consistency of internal logic among "Internet +", targeted poverty alleviation and industry with ethic features. On this basis, this paper talked about two formation reasons of Chinese industry with ethic features. The three historic opportunities are also pointed out. They are "the Belt and Road" , the supply-side structural reform and the five development concepts proposed in the "13th Five-Year Plan" . In order to facilitate targeted poverty alleviation, this paper suggests to innovate the development path from 4 aspects: refine and focus on the core competitiveness of industry with ethic features , extend the chain of industry with ethic features based on the "Internet +" concept, establish the development platform based on "individual +company" model, establish the integrated management platform of targeted poverty alleviation and industry with ethnic features based on the "Internet +" . Finally, according to the existing research, this paper proposes 3 recommendations: establish a coordination mechanism among government departments, establish a regional special funds to support the "Internet +" , properly regulate the range of government guidance and market allocation.关键词
