A Study on the Measurement of Farmers'Welfare Changes in the Process of Capital Getting into Agriculture——Based on Amartya Sen's Viability Analysis Framework

Abstract
Based on the feasible capacity analysis framework of Amartya Sen, this paper takes P village of Jingmen city as an example to study the changes of farmer welfare in the process of the capital getting into agriculture. The results show that the welfare status of farmers is improved to a certain extent after the capital getting into agriculture, which is close to the middle level of welfare. From the functional indicators, in addition to the landscape environment, the farmer's economic situation, social security, living conditions, psychological factors have been improved with different degrees. From the point of view of conversion factors, the average educational level of family members, the ratio of female population in a family, the proportion of non-agricultural employment and the ratio of family dependency are the significant influencing factors of farmer's welfare. In the process of capital getting into agriculture, protecting the legitimate economic interests of farmers, strengthening environmental protection and supervision, and reducing inequality are effective means to protect and improve the welfare of farmers.关键词
