Research on the Reflection of the Recent US 301 Investigation
摘要
Abstract
Along with the continuously increasing of our country's international trade, trade frictions between China and the US are getting more. Firstly, this paper discusses the implication of the 301 investigation and the China-US trade friction situation. Secondly, this paper analyses the history of the US special 301 investigation which is aimed to protect intellectual property , then points out the similarities and differences between the US special 301 investigation targeted to China and to Japan. Finally we give some suggestions to respond the recent US 301 investigation.关键词
