Endogenous Mechanism and Development Path of Synergism of Cross-border E-commerce and Cross-border Logistics from the Perspective of Global Value Chain

Abstract
In the context of the global value chain, the synergism of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics can promote the realization of value and enhance overall income. Based on the perspective of global value chain, this paper proposes a simplified cross-border e-commerce operation model, as well as a collaborative model of cross-border e-commerce and logistics. Based on the model of cross-border e-commerce opera-tion and the cross-border e-commerce logistics collaborative model, combined with the global value chain governance theory and supply chain col-laboration theory, this paper puts forward a series of measures and suggestions, aiming to promote China's cross-border e-commerce and cross-bor-der logistics enterprises to be embedded in the global value chain, and enhance enterprise value promotion from the strategic layer, function layer and business layer.关键词
