京津冀产业转移协作的实现机制探讨
Discussion on the Mechanisms of Industrial Transfer and Cooperation among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Abstract
Mechanism construction is a basic safeguard to make sure industrial transfer and cooperation among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Seven mechanisms should be established: benefits sharing, openness and cooperation of industry docking, agglomeration in the industrial parks, factor flow for industrial development, the coordination and distribution of industrial transfer projects, industrial counterpart aid across regions and the evaluation adjustment of the local government performance. The establishment of mechanisms will not only stimulate the initiative of local government, companies and the residents to promote the industrial transfer and cooperation, but also maximize three provinces common interest.关键词
