职业使命感研究的回顾梳理与未来展望
Review and Prospect of the Sense of Professional Mission
摘要
Abstract
The awakening and promotion of the individual's sense of professional mission has a very important influence for both individuals and organizations. Related researches have received extensive attention in the field of organizational management. At present , the study of the sense of professional mission includes four aspects: the connotation and extension; the dimension and measurement; the factors influencing the sense of professional mission and the effect. The future research needs to do the following work: (1) Firstly, researchers should further distinguish and clarify the controversy about the connotation of the sense of professional mission , and solve the problem of the cross-cultural adaptability of measurement tools. (2) Then, further explore the influential factors, and longitudinal tracking research method should be adopted to explore the process from the perspective of time series. (3) The research on the consequences of the sense of professional mission need to expand. The scholar should especially pay more attention to the "double-edged sword" effect in the work situation , and analyze the different impacts of different types of sense of professional mission. ( 4) Finally, the sample should be expand to general and universal work groups. The transitional mechanism of different states of sense of professional mission should be future explored using career management theory and case study methods.关键词
