基于FDM的混合储能系统容量配置研究

Abstract
Affected by meteorological factors,the outputs of renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic (PV)are not deterministic. Aiming at unbalanced power (UP)produced by stabilizing power grid dispatching,this paper presents a kind of allocation method for capacity of the hybrid energy storage system (HESS)based on the Fourier decompo-sition method (FDM). This method uses FDM to decompose UP of thegrid-connected wind/PV power generation systeminto a series of components represented by self-adaptive Fourier intrinsic band functions (FIBFs)and sort these components from low frequency to high frequency. Based on the maximum energy difference,the divided frequency is determined then high frequency components and low frequency components are confirmed. Considering characteristics of different energy storage equipment,this method distributes the low frequency components to battery energy storage for stabilization and the high fre-quency components to supercapacitor energy storage for absorption. The simulationresults indicate it is techno-economic to use FDM for allocating HESS power and capacity.关键词
