摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of hybrid power transmission of large-scale wind power,photovoltaic (PV)and thermal power energy base,this paper proposes an optimization model for power capacity in hybrid power transmission. It firstly quantitatively analyses power fluctuation after wind power and PV superposition,adopts complementary rate as the evalua-tion index for wind power and PV complementary benefit and then obtains optimal proportion of wind power and PV in-stalled capacities. It builds an optimization model which takes thermal power capacity as the optimized variable for the ob-jective function and simultaneously considers income of power transmission network,annual thermal power cost,annual cost of power transmission project and power shortage penalty cost and takes. Meanwhile,by adopting the genetic algorithm for optimization,the model realizes the optimization objective of optimal global economic benefit of the absorption project. It uses the proposed model to make calculation and simulation on one testing system. According to analysis,it considers hybrid power transmission of the large-scale wind power,PV and thermal power energy base can realize complementary benefit of wind power and PV generation in spatial and temporal distribution,improve path usage ratio of the power transmission pro-ject and realize the maximum global economic benefit. Corresponding simulation and analysis results verify feasibility and ef-fectiveness of the proposed model.
