Design and Realization of Mountain Fire Identification Pre-warning System for Transmission Lines Based on Multi-feature Fusion

Abstract
In order to realize real-time monitoring and pre-warning for mountain fire in transmission lines,this paper studies and develops the mountain fire identification pre-warning system for transmission lines based on multi-feature fusion. It ex-tracts color feature,textural feature and area feature of images of mountain fire from the video image sequence,adopts fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to fuse these three features and detect mountain fire in the video images,calculates burn-ing area and divides danger levels of mountain fire. It uses C/C++language to encapsulate the mountain fire identification algorithm into the digital signal processor (DSP)of the intelligent video monitoring device of the transmission line so as to realize real-time monitoring identification and pre-warning for mountain fire dangers by the backstage control center. Tes-ting results of actual application indicate this system has high operating efficiency and strong stability,and the identification precision reaches over 97%.关键词
