The expression and significance of Neun antigen in neurofibroma and neurilemmoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Neun antigen in neurofibroma and neurilemmoma. Methods The tissues from 74 cases of nerve tumors, which includes 3 cases of autopsy, 5 cases of leiomyoma, 5 cases of solitary fibrous tumor, 5 cases of fibrocellular tumor, 5 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor, 27 cases of neurofibroma, and 24 cases of neurilemmoma were collected. All the samples were stained with anti-Neun monoclonal antibody through immunofluorescence. Results All the cases of leiomyoma, Solitary fibrous tumor, fibrocellular tumor and gastrointestinal stromal tumor was Neun negative. The Neun-positive ratio was 92. 59％ ( 25 /27) in neurofibroma and 70. 83％ ( 17 /24) in neurilemmoma. Conclusion The anti-Neun monoclonal antibody is used to assist the diagnosis of the neurofibroma and neurilemmoma.关键词
