RBSP3在甲状腺乳头状癌表达的初步研究
Preliminary results for expression of RBSP3 in papillary thyroid cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of RBSP3 protein and mRNA in the thyroid benign nodules, the malignant nodules and the surrounding normal tissues. Methods Twelve cases of benign nodules and 12 cases of malignant nodules ( papillary thyroid carcinoma) and their surrounding thyroid parenchyma were isolated for detection. The expression of RBSP3 mRNA was detected by PCR. Western blot was used to measure the expression of RBSP3 protein( reference gene: β-actin) . Results There were differences in the expression of RBSP3 protein and mRNA among background parenchyma tissues, benign nodules and malignant nodules. The expression of RBSP3 protein in malignant nodules was lower than that in background parenchyma tissues and benign nodules. There was no significant difference in the expression of RBSP3 protein and mRNA between benign nodules and thyroid parenchyma tissues. Conclusion The expression of RBSP3 is different among malignant nodules, benign nodules and background tissue; and it might be provided a reference for distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid tumors.关键词
