Effects of cognitive function and trunk control function on shoulder pain after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive function and trunk control function on the recovery of shoulder pain after stroke .Methods Totally 106 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were selected , and divided into cognitive impairment group and non -cognitive impairment group , poor trunk control group and good trunk control group . The range of shoulder painless was measured for comparison between groups every 6 months.Results Non-cognitive im-pairment group and good trunk control group had significant improvement in shoulder pain , with significant difference from cognitive impairment group and poor trunk control group .Conclusion Both cognitive function and trunk control function affect the recovery of shoulder pain after stroke .关键词
