中药穴位贴敷治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的效果
Clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on liver Yang Hyperactivity type vertigo

Abstract
Objective To evaluated the treatment of liver Yang Hyperactivity vertigo with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine .Methods A total of 90 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n＝40).Ten cases were lost of follow -up.All subjects received routine treatment and health education , while the subjects in the experimented group received acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for 8 h each time, which last 10 consecutive courses of treatment .The scores of vertigo clinical symptom rating scale (VSS-C) and blood pressure were monitored before and after the treatment .Results After treatment, VSS-C score showed a decreasing trend, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The effective rate was 60.3%in the experimental group and 36.7%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The vertigo recurrence was signifi-cantly lower in the experiment group than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of tra-ditional Chinese medicine has a good curative effect on the treatment of liver Yang Hyperactivity type vertigo .关键词
