大蒜素联合顺铂对腺样囊性癌-M细胞株裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用
The study on the inhibiting effect of allicin combined with cisplatin on nude mice xenograft tumor of adenoid cyst-ic carcinoma ACC-M cells

Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of allicin combined with cisplatin on nude mice xeno -graft tumor of adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC -M cells.Methods Twenty four Balb/c male nude mice (5 to 6 weeks old) were randomly divided into experimental groups (allicin group, cisplatin group and combined treatment group ) and control group.The xenograft tumor models of ACC -M cells were established under the shoulder blade .The drugs were injected into the abdominal cavity 2 weeks after model establishment .The xenograft tumor volumes were measured before the injection of drugs, and on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th day.Results The xenograft tumor volume of each groups had no significantly differences before injection (P＞0.05).After treatment, the xenograft tumor volumes of the experimental groups were significantly less than the control group (P＜0.05).There was significant differences in the xenograft tumor volumes among the 3 experimental groups , among which it was the smallest in combined treatment group and followed by cisplatin group and allicin group (P＜0.05).HE staining showed that the growth of cancer cells is thriving in the control group, with significant homeomorphism .The tumor cells counts in combined treatment group .Conclusion Allicin and cisplatin can both effectively inhibit the growth of nude mice xenograft tumor of adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC -M, and the inhibition of allicin combined with cisplatin is more effectively than either allicin or Cisplatin alone .关键词
