改良Onlay植骨术在增量上前牙区水平向严重骨缺损中的临床应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the modified Onlay technique in broadening alveolar ridge of anterior maxillary region with severe bone defect .Methods Twenty patients with severe horizontal bone defect in anterior maxillary region were studied.The modified Onlay technique was applied to make horizontal bone augmentation .Twenty -one implants were performed 6 months later.The clinical effects of implant restoration were observed 6 months after implantation .Re-sults The bone width of the alveolar ridge in 20 patients were incremented .The implants were successfully completed and with satisfactory aesthetic restoration .Conclusion In anterior maxillary region with severe horizontal bone defect , the modified Onlay technique achieves ideal horizontal bone augmentation effect and aesthetic restoration effect .The long-term effects require further research.关键词
