VEGF和Survivin在肺腺癌中的表达及意义
Expressions and clinical significance of VEGF and Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth fac -tor (VEGF) and inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The tumor tissue and para－carcinoma tissue samples from 75 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were collected from our hospital.Immunohistochemical SP method was applied to assess VEGF and Survivin expression.The follow－up of 3－5 years was obtained.The correlation of the expressions of VEGF and Survivin with the clinical characteristics and the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarci -noma were analyzed.Results The high expression rate of VEGF in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para－carcinoma tissues (80.00%vs.14.76%, P＝0.000).The 5－year survival rate of the lung adeno-carcinoma patients with low expression of VEGF was significantly higher than that of the patients with high expression of VEGF (P＝0.029).The high expression rate of Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para－carcinoma tissues (73.33%vs.1.33%, P＝0.000).The 5－year survival rate of the lung adenocarcinoma pa-tients with low expression of Survivin was significantly higher than that of the patients with high expression of Survivin (P＝0.032).The 5－year survival rate of the lung adenocarcinoma patients with high expression of VEGF and Survivin was significantly lower than those with low expression (P＝0.033); and the 5－year survival rate of the lung adenocarci-noma patients with high expression of VEGF or Survivin was significantly lower than those with low expression ( P＝0.031).The high expression of VEGF and Survivin in the lung adenocarcinoma tissues were positively correlated (r＝0.667, P＝0.000).Univariate analysis showed that VEGF , Survivin, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage were the risk factors of poor prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Multivariate analysis showed that VEGF expression and clinical stage were independent risk factors for predicting lung cancer death .Conclusion The high expression of VEGF and Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma is positively correlated and is significant predictor of poor prognosis .关键词
