摘要

Abstract

The surface Zeta potential of nanoparticles is an important index for characterization of colloidal dispersion stability and the electrophoretic light scattering (ELS) is the main measuring method for nanoparticles Zeta potential. The analyzer prototype for nanoparticles Zeta potential is developed based on ELS technology. In this paper, the basic principle of the ELS method, the optical path design of the instrument, the hardware system and the design of the software system are introduced. The accuracy and stability of the Zeta potential analyzer are verified by the design experiment and the experimental results show that the analyzer have the characteristics of real-time detection, accurate measurement results, good stability and so on.
