摘要

Abstract

The problem of structural dynamics can be solved by modal testing techniques. Measured by means, this article aims at the phenomenon of shaking horizontally in the direction of the trolley when the container gantry crane is heightened and reformed on the door leg. Through calculation and theoretical analysis of the vibration of the gantry crane, calculate the inherent characteristics of gantry vibration under different conditions. The inherent characteristics of the gantry vibration, and its analysis method of vibration design, combined with the results of the comparison of the design requirements and measured values, to explore the cause of the abnormal shaking. In this paper, the test program is developed to measure the vibration signal of the prototype, and the results of the test data are analyzed and processed. The key information of the metal structure vibration obtained from the measured data is used as the basis for evaluating and evaluating the service safety of the metal structure after gantry crane reconstruction.
