摘要

Abstract

This paper puts forward a design of teaching function of PLC automatic production line based on touch screen programming in view of the deficiency of equipment teaching in automatic production line. Firstly, it introduces the general design idea of the automatic production line control system. Secondly, it introduces the design principles and the implementation steps of the teaching function of the PLC production line. Finally, it takes the sorting system as an example to introduce the application of the teaching function of the PLC production line in teaching. The results show that the students can understand the process of digital writing better by using the teaching model and the second programming with touch screen, which leads to a better intuitiveness, and a certain teaching demonstration effect on the teaching of the equipment of automatic production line.
