摘要

Abstract

The effects of He ion irradiation on the morphology and structure of Ti3AlC2 were studied by He ion implantation with energy of 70 keV, dose of 1 ×1017 ions/cm2 and 16.4 dpa peak.It was found that the He ion concentration was related to the irradiation damage of Ti3AlC2 material.With the increasing of concentration of He ion, the degree of irradiation damage of Ti3AlC2 increases.It was found that He ion irradiation resulted in the formation of holes, cracks, bumps, He bubbles and the phase transformation in the Ti3AlC2 material.The related mechanism was analyzed.
