一种两性聚羧酸减水剂对水泥净浆及混凝土早期性能的影响
Synthesis and Early Performance of Amphoteric Polycarboxylate Superplasticizers

Abstract
A amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer ( APC ) ZQ-3 with length side chain, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid ( AMPS ) and cationic monomer methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMC ) was synthesized through radical polymerization. The structure was determined by FTIR.The properties of ZQ-3 were studied and compared with other three polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The results show that ZQ-3 has better dispersion and better retention of dispersion, and little effect on paste setting time.Concrete test and XRD analysis show that ZQ-3 can promote the early hydration of cement, and obviously improve the early strength of steam-curing concrete.关键词
