Abstract
Under the premise of constant rate (IM=1.31, SM=2.62, KH=0.89), cement clinker was calcined with sludge ash instead of(0wt%, 25wt%, 50wt%, 75wt%and 100wt%)clay.The change of calcination of cement raw meal was studied.By analyzing the XRD pattern and NMR map of cement clinker, the change of mineral composition and content of cement clinker was studied.The influence of sludge ash on the microstructure of cement clinker was studied by means of SEM.The research shows that the addition of sludge ash will not change the rate of raw materials, however, it will reduce the portability of cement raw meal, increase the content of C2S in cement clinker, and reduce the content of C3S, which indicates that sludge ash can replace clay as raw material of cement.关键词
