摘要

Abstract

The glass ceramics containing Ba3( VO4)2 were prepared by melting quenching method.The influence of heat treatment on the crystallization, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the samples were studied.The results indicate that the best heat treatment of the glass ceramics containing Ba3(VO4)2 samples: crystallization temperature of is 540 ℃,for 2 h; Under heat treatment conditions, the glass ceramics are better than glass for transition temperature, temperature Tg, softening temperature Tf, thermal expansion coefficient and hardness .The coefficient of thermal expansion is 17.81 × 10 -6℃-1, which is similar to the thermal expansion coefficient of copper metal(17.7×10 -6℃-1).It can be sealed directly with copper to replace traditional lead sealing material.
