Abstract
Objective To establish the characteristic spectrum for Phyllanthus emblica extract by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on ZORBAX SB AqC18column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) , and methonal-0.2% phosphoric acid solution was employed as a mobile phase by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 273 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results 12 specific peaks were separated in the 10 batches of Phyllanthus emblica, 2 of which were identified, and the similarities were 0.828~0.979. The similarities of Phyllanthus emblica extract were 0.914~1.000 with 6 specific peaks separated from only 10 batches in the 12 batches, while the other 2 batches were counterfeit. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which could be used for the quality control of Phyllanthus emblica and Phyllanthus emblica extract.关键词
