HPLC法同时测定抱龙丸中橙皮苷、胡椒碱、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚4种成分的含量
Simultaneous determinations of hesperdin, piperine, honokiol and magnolol in Baolong Pill by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of hesperdin, piperine, honokiol and magnolol in Baolong Pill. Methods The analysis was performed on a Dikma Platisil C18 column ( 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with ACN-( 0.2%Formic acid) water as mobile phase in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 285 nm and 342 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the injection volume was 5 μL. Results The linear ranges were 4.40~30.85 μg/mL( r=0.999 8) for hesperdin, 4.13~28.89 μg/mL( r=0.999 0) for piperine, 3.05~21.35 μg/mL( r=0.999 8) for honokiol, and 7.66~53.59 μg/mL( r=0.999 8) for magnolol, respectively. The average recoveries ( n=6) of the four components were 103.08% ( RSD=0.89%) , 95.53% ( RSD=0.51%) , 101.19% ( RSD=1.77%) , and 99.65% ( RSD=1.76%) , respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple, reproducible and specific for the quality control of Baolong Pill.关键词
