上海市医保支付方式改革中城镇职工医疗费用影响因素分析
Analysis of the influence factors on the medical expenses of urban workers during the reform of medical payment in Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the payment reform of medical insurance in Shanghai and provide a reference for reducing health care costs. Methods The influence factors on the medical expenses were analyzed by Stepwise analysis. Results The main factors affecting the growth of health care costs included the average number of visits for residents, the opening days of hospital beds and the population ratio over 65 years of age. Conclusion Shanghai should pay more attention on the supply and demand of health care to reduce health care costs.关键词
