摘要
Abstract
The original cure rate of early stage cancer is up to 90% , but declines due to recurrence five or more years after the initial therapy. Furthermore, overall cure rate of middle and advanced stage cancer is only about 30% because of unsatisfactory ef-ficacy. Low cure rate is mainly resulted from insufficient understanding of biological characteristics of cancer and lack of optimal se-quential treatment. Three key stages of cancer sequential treatment are stressed. In the first stage, combination therapy is performed to help morphological recovery. In the second stage, sequential treatment is implemented to promote molecular biological recovery. In the third stage, control of tumor recurrence, elimination of tiny suspicious lesions, enhancement of immune function and improvement of quality of life should be emphasized.关键词
