Research progress in circulating tumor cells and its application in lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Circulating tumor cells refer to the tumor cells of solid tumor released into the blood. It has a large cell volume, low density, low rigidity and high membrane capacitance of the physical properties and slow proliferation, the expression of epithelial markers, transformed genotypes and phenotypes, the occurrence of epithelial mesenchymal transformation and other biological characteristics. According to these characteristics, people have invented different detection methods and carried out some clinical applications. Among them, the application in lung cancer mainly includes the identification of benign and malignant tumors, exploring the relationship with clinical stage, assessing the curative effect, guiding treatment and speculation of prognosis.关键词
