精神分裂症患者病耻感现状及相关因素分析
Status and Correlated Factors of Stigma of Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective: To explore the current situation of stigma and related factors in schizophrenia patients. Methods: Stigma, self-respect, and coping style were evaluated by using the self-control basic situation questionnaire, coping style questionnaire, and rating scales of stigma evaluation and self-respect in 134 schizophrenia patients. Results: In schizophrenia patients, stigma level of the unemployed or those absent from school was higher than that of the employed or those in school. The stigma level of patients with good family economic status was higher than that of patients with poor family economic status (P<0.05). Stigma level was negatively correlated with self-respect level and positively correlated with coping modes of approach-avoidance and surrender (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: Stigma level is higher in unemployed patients or patients absent from school and in patients with good family economic status. Stigma level is correlated with coping style. The more the patient adopts coping styles such as approach-avoidance and surrender, the higher the stigma level becomes.关键词
