HPLC测定不同产地金银花绿原酸和木犀草苷含量的研究
Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Luteoloside in Lonicera japonica from Different Areas by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in Lonicera japonica from six different areas were determined by HPLC. Results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in L. japonica from 6 different areas were in the range of 4.65%to 5.89%and 0.129%to 0.317%,respectively,which all met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in L. japonica from Pingyi county of Shandong province were significantly higher than those from other areas. Results provid-ed references for quality control,introduction and cultivation of L. japonica.关键词
