外生菌根菌促进白皮松和桧柏古树生长的应用
Application of Ectomycorrhizal Fungi to Promote the Growth of Ancient Pines and Cypress Trees
摘要
Abstract
Pine and cypress were mycorrhizal tree species. In order to delay the aging of ancient pines and cy-press,the ancient pine and cypress trees were inoculated with Pisothus tinctorius, Boletus edulis and Corti-narius collinitus. Results showed that the growth,chlorophyll content,root vitality and root infection rate in-creased after inoculation, especially the root vitality. For Pinus bungeana, the inoculation of P. tinctorius was better than that of C. collinitus, and for Sabina chinensis, the inoculation of C. collinitus was the best. After inoculating with mycorrhizal fungi,the pH of the soil can be reduced,and organic matter of the soil can be increased,which can also play a good role in regulating the available nitrogen and available phosphorus in the soil.关键词
