广西油茶扶贫产业模式的探索
Exploration on the Poverty-alleviation Modes of Camellia oleifera Industry in Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Industry was the foundation of development and the main support for poverty alleviation. Industrial-ization poverty alleviation was an important content of "one body and two wings" mode,which played a signifi-cant role in promoting poverty alleviation. Four common management models of Camellia oleifera poverty allevi-ation industry were analyzed and summed up in Guangxi. The better model was inclined to the integrated devel-opment of the leading enterprises and the cooperatives. It pointed out that the scale of land and company was the key factor which affected the selection of the Camellia oleifera poverty alleviation mode. Construction of pov-erty alleviation policy,establishenment of profit combination mechanism,guidance of social finance active-ly, improvement of finance usage efficiency,as well as achievement of industry combination were proposed.关键词
