烧伤湿润暴露疗法及湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足的效果及对创面组织血管内皮生长因子和表皮细胞生长因子水平的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment(MEBT/MEBO) for diabetic foot and its effect on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) of ulcer wounds. Methods Fifty-eight patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 29 cases in each group. The study group was treated with MEBT/MEBO,while the control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. The clinical efficacy and symptom score for local wounds after treatment,as well as the wound areas and the levels of VEGF and EGF of ulcer wounds before treatment and after 14 and 28 days of treatment,were compared between the two groups. Results After 28 days of treatment,the area of ulcer was smaller,the depth of ulcer was less,and the scores of local symptoms and signs were lower in the study group compared to those in the control group(all P<0. 05);the clinical efficacy in the study group was superior to that in the control group(P<0. 05). On the 14th and 28th day after treatment,the levels of VEGF and EGF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0. 05). Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can promote wound healing in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer which might be associated with upregulating the levels of growth factors of ulcer wounds.关键词
