摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of triple therapy combined with Live Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 120 cases of Hp-positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received triple therapy which included Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets combined with Amoxicillin Capsules, and Clarithromycin Tablets. The observation group was also given Live Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets,1. 5 g once,3 times a day for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group obtained better efficacy and higher Hp eradication rate compared to the control group(P＜0. 05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Triple therapy combined with Live Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets has definite efficacy,few adverse reactions and favorable safety for the treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer. And it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
