An Improvement Method and Application of Evaluation Index System Execution of Enterprise Rules and Systems

Abstract
A scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is the key to measure the implementation of enterprise rules and regulations. Based on the literature research and enterprise research, the paper analyzed the shortcomings of the theoretical re-search on the evaluation index system of the implementation of corporate rules and regulations and the existing problems in practical application in China. In order to improve the rationality and practicality of the evaluation index system, we proposed a method of designing a questionnaire to obtain the enterprise data, used validity and reliability analysis and entropy method to modify the index and improve the original system. According to this method, we selected one power company and conducted a questionnaire survey to illustrate the method. The revised indicators improved the evaluation index system of enterprise system execution ability, increased the credibility and accuracy of evaluation and enhanced the execution ability of enterprise rules and regulations.关键词
