Abstract
To determine the contents of β-sitosterol in monascus piece of health foods by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions included chromatographic column(C18 column,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with UV detection at 210 nm and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-isopropanol=70:30(V/V)with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min.The RSD of β-sitosterol in monascus piece of health foods was 0.8%(n=6)and the recovery was 98.4%~100.3%.This method is simple,rapid and accurate,so it can be used for the determination of β-sitosterol content in monascus piece of health foods.关键词
