内镜黏膜下剥离术联合前哨淋巴结活检术与根治性切除治疗早期胃癌的效果对比分析
Contrastive Analysis of Effect of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection Combined with Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy and Radical Resection in Treatment of Patients with Early Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective To compare effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) combined with sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy and radical resection in treatment of patients with early gastric cancer. Methods Clinical da-ta of 92 patients with early gastric cancer admitted during March 2010 and October 2014 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into group A and group B (n=46 for each group) according to different surgical methods. Group A was treated with ESD combined with SLN biopsy, while group B was treated with ESD combined with radical re-section. Recurrence rates in postoperative 1stand 3rdyears, survival rate in postoperative 3rdyear, hospital stay, intraop-erative volume of blood loss and incidence rate of complications were compared in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in recurrence rates in postoperative 1stand 3rdyears and survival rate in postoperative 3rdyear be-tween two groups (P>0. 05). Values of hospital stay and intraoperative volume of blood transfusion in group A were less than those in group B (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of complications between two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion ESD combined with SLN biopsy may achieve similar effect with that by radical re-section in treatment of patients with early gastric cancer, while ESD combined with SLN biopsy may shorten length of hos-pital stay and reduce degree of surgical trauma.关键词
