术前血清CA125和HE4水平预测卵巢上皮性癌患者淋巴结转移的应用价值
Values of Preoperative Serum CA125 and HE4 Levels in Prediction of Lymph Node Metastasis in Patients with Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate values of preoperative serum CA125 and human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) levels in prediction of lymph node metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Clinical data of 126 patients with ovarian cancer admitted during February 2014 and June 2017 was retrospectively analyzed, and rela-tionships between CA125 and HE4 levels with different clinical factors and independent risk factors of lymph node metas-tasis in patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed. Values of preoperative serum CA125 and HE4 levels in prediction of lymph node metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer were evaluated. Results There were significant differences in pre-operative serum CA125 and HE4 levels in patients with different ages and degrees of lymph node metastasis (P<0. 01). There were significant differences in preoperative serum HE4 levels in patients with different pathological stages, patho-logical types and pathological grading of ovarian cancer (P<0. 01). Sensitivity of CA125 combined with HE4 detection in prediction of lymph node metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer was higher than those by CA125 and HE4 detection alone, but specificity of the combined detection was lower than those by CA125 and HE4 detection alone (P<0. 05). Preoperative CA125 equal or larger than 500. 35 kU/L, preoperative HE4 equal or larger than 170 pmol/L and pathologi-cal stage were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer patients ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Preoperative combined detection of serum CA125 and HE4 levels has a certain value in evaluating lymph node metastasis and clearing range of radical correction in patients with ovarian cancer.关键词
