抗洪抢险武警官兵皮肤病相关防护措施的调查分析
Related Preventive Measures of Skin Diseases of Officers and Soldiers in Campaign to Combat Flood and Relieve the Risk
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate skin disease related preventive measures in officers and soldiers of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces in campaign to combat flood and relieve the risk in 2016 so as to supplied references of sci-entific and effective protection for similar rescue missions in the future. Methods A total of 332 officers and soldiers were selected randomly from 5 armed police forces, who had finished campaign to combat flood and relieve the risk, and anonymous questionnaire survey was performed, and then related data was analyzed by statistical software. Results A-mong the 332 officers and soldiers, 62 officers and soldiers (18. 7% ) had suffered from skin diseases during their duties, and then 332 officers and soldiers were divided into dermatosis group ( n=62) and non-dermatosis group ( n=270). Compared with those in non-dermatosis group, the officers and soldiers in dermatosis group were younger and had shorter service time, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There were significant differences in necessity of sunscreen cognition, implementation of sunscreen measures, selection of bath water source and frequency of changing clothes in two groups (P<0. 01). There were also significant differences in prevalence of skin diseases, necessity of sun-screen cognition, implementation of sunscreen measures, selection of bath water source and frequency of changing clothes among the 5 armed police forces (P<0. 01). Conclusion Prevalence of skin diseases is related to implementation of relevant protective measures. Positive and effective protective measures are very important. In addition, it is of positive significance to emphasize training of army doctors and health personnel to maintain and improve the combat effectiveness of troops.关键词
