3D打印技术在口腔修复中的运用
3D Printing Technology in Application of Mouth Rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate feasibility of 3D printing technology in application of clinical prosthodontics so as to provide more reference and basis for clinical application. Methods A total of 80 patients with all-ceramic crowns prosthesis during January 2016 to October 2017 were recruited in this study, and the prepared numbers of teeth were 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively (n =20 in each group). All patients received 3D printing technology (observation group) and traditional autopolymer resin (control group) to make temporary crowns of teeth, and then required produc-tion time, wearing time, repair success rate and satisfaction degree of repair effect were compared. Results Compared with those in control group, required production and wearing times in 1, 2, 3 and 4 prepared numbers of teeth in observa-tion group were significantly reduced (P<0. 05). In observation group, repair success rate and satisfaction rate of ap-pearance, occlusion and comfort were higher than those in control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The 3D printing technology in application of crowns produce may effectively reduce chair-side working time and improve work efficiency with good clinical effect.关键词
