HIV感染合并肺结核患者的临床特征和生存时间观察及其死亡影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical characteristics, survival time and influencing death factors of pa-tients with human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV) infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Clinical data of 142 patients with HIV infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis during January 2015 and February 2017 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into death group (n=26) and survival group (n=116) according to prognosis conditions. General clinical data was compared in two groups, and related factors affecting death were dis-cussed. Results The first symptoms mainly were cough and fever. Iconography examination showed active focuses of in-fection were found in most patients. Independent risk factors affecting death in patients with HIV infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis were patients'age equal or larger than 40 years old, other infected ways, low CD4+ T lymphocyte count for the first time and non antiviral therapy (P<0. 01). Conclusion Clinicians should pay attention to risk factors affecting death of patients with HIV infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis, actively popularize health education and carefully screen tuberculosis of HIV infected patients in order to prolong survival time of the patients.关键词
