子宫动脉栓塞联合宫腔镜治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床价值分析
Analysis of Clinical Value of Uterine Artery Embolization Combined with Hysteroscopy in Treatment of Uterine Incisional Scar Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical values of uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopy in treatment of uterine incisional scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine incisional scar pregnancy ad-mitted during May 2014 to December 2016 were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=46) ac-cording to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with Methotrexate combined with curettage, while observation group was treated with uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopy. After treatment, operative condition, clin-ical efficacy and incidence rate of complications were compared in two groups. Results In observation group, intraoper-ative volume of blood loss was significantly less, and values of vaginal bleeding time, returning to normal time of serum human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and postoperative hospital stay were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). In observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher, while incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower than those in control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Uterine artery embolization combined with hysteroscopy in treatment of patients with uterine incisional scar pregnancy has less bleeding volume, faster postoperative recovery and good clinical effect with a certain security.关键词
