摘要
Abstract
Nerve infiltration is one of metastatic pathways of gastric cancer, which often induces local recurrence and pain. However, there is still no conclusion about phenomenon of nerve infiltration of gastric cancer and molecular cell mechanism. In recent years, many studies show that nerve growth factor receptor (NGF)-tyrosine protein kinase A (Tr-kA) signaling pathway plays an important role in pathogenesy and development of many kinds of tumors, and therefore a summary of the effects and mechanism of NGF-TrkA signaling pathway in progression and prognosis of gastric cancer has been made.关键词
